Awareness365, Coach Kappa, Marie Kappa, and all related AI mentor personas (collectively known as “the Kappa Family”) are original creative and educational works exclusively authored, developed, and owned by the Testing Saves Lives Project (TSL) — a registered 501(c)(3) scientific research and technology nonprofit headquartered in California, USA.

All elements of the Awareness365 platform and affiliated projects — including but not limited to:

  • The Awareness365 name, logo, design system, and website;

  • AI mentor characters, likenesses, voices, holograms, scripts, dialogue, and visual portrayals;

  • Educational modules, gamified content, awareness campaigns (“Defend Yourself,” “Every 79 Seconds,” “Every 54 Seconds”), and multimedia storytelling assets;

  • Software source code, research data, user interfaces, and AI ethics frameworks; and

  • All translations, documentation, and audiovisual materials

are protected under U.S. and international copyright law, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and other applicable global frameworks.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, digital replication, public display, modification, AI model training, or derivative use of any Awareness365 or TSL content — including the Kappa Family — is strictly prohibited without express written permission from the Testing Saves Lives Project.

Coach Kappa, Marie Kappa, and all Kappa Family AI mentor characters are fictional, educational personas designed to promote health awareness, inclusion, and ethical AI communication.

They do not represent real individuals, medical professionals, or provide medical advice. All information distributed via Awareness365 is for educational and awareness purposes only and should not replace professional healthcare consultation or diagnosis.

The Testing Saves Lives Project complies with global data protection and AI ethics regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant international standards.

All research and analytics data collected through the Awareness365 platform or related tools is anonymized, aggregated, and used solely for scientific and public health research purposes consistent with TSL’s mission to reduce preventable disease mortality worldwide.

All creative works and visual representations associated with Awareness365 and the Kappa Family are protected intellectual property under copyright law. Any attempt to impersonate, misuse, or reproduce the Awareness365 platform, AI mentor likenesses, or related materials without authorization will result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by both U. S. and international law.
